“I am delighted with my dentist! After avoiding every dental visit for years - decades, really - like the devil avoids holy water, I came across the homepage of the dental practice of Herrat Schönrock in mid-June 2013, more or less by chance. Over the years I had come to the decision that a complete rehabilitation was needed. So I arranged an appointment by phone, and off it went. Full of fear and drenched in sweat, I set off for my first appointment at Ms Schönrock's practice. But there was no need at all. With her empathetic manner and the way she explained everything, Ms Schönrock won me over. I was surprised by the truly excellent and knowledgeable practice team, the very good practice organisation and the very short waiting time. Once the X-rays were available, it was clear to me that the state of my teeth was a real challenge. After several consultations, the goal of the treatment was jointly defined and agreed. “In one word: perfect! I have often cancelled dental appointments out of fear. In my life I have worn out quite a few dentists, both in the Netherlands and in Germany. I still know them all by name, because for each of them I can tell one or more negative anecdotes, or rather feel the pain again, like a kind of Pavlov effect. “In autumn 2011, probably due to medication side effects, my upper right lateral incisor broke off and the root had to be extracted. At first the gap was closed provisionally (a clasp-retained temporary). I had to decide: either renew the neighbouring teeth, which had only recently been crowned, and fit a bridge across the gap, or have an implant placed, to which a prosthesis could possibly be attached later. After some time to think it over, I decided on an implant. For this, the jawbone in the area of the gap first had to heal, which took about half a year. In spring 2012, Ms Schönrock began measuring the gap to determine the exact implant to be placed. In the subsequent operation, the artificial root (implant) was placed with precision and, once the gums had healed, fitted with a crown. Throughout the entire treatment I had no problems whatsoever. Everything worked without a hitch and I am very satisfied with the result. I can only express my trust in Ms Schönrock. Many thanks. Unfortunately, my health insurance fund only covers the costs of the possible crown.”

“All-ceramic restoration in the lower jaw - trust built over many years. I have been a patient of Ms Schönrock for 10 years and am very satisfied. All the problems and conditions I have had in this time she was able to resolve outstandingly. I have come to know and appreciate her as an extremely precise and highly competent dentist. Her diagnoses and assessments of the course of treatment have always proved correct. In November of this year I received an all-ceramic restoration of the entire lower jaw. For a project of this scale, only three sessions in total were needed to complete everything.
